Absolute Cluster ("we," "us," "our") operates absolutecluster.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Data you provide
When you use Absolute Cluster, you provide keyword data, seed phrases, business descriptions, CSV uploads, voice profile content, and competitor URLs. This data is stored in your account and used solely to provide the service to you.
Lead magnet usage
When you use our free tools without an account, we may ask for your email address to deliver results. If you provide it, we store your email to send you the results and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Usage data
We collect basic analytics: pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns. This helps us understand how people use the product and what to improve. We do not track you across other websites.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- DataForSEO for keyword and SERP data. Keywords you research are sent to DataForSEO's API to retrieve search data.
- AI language model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) for content brief and article generation. Text from your briefs and voice profiles may be sent to these providers to generate output. We do not send your account information or payment details to AI providers.
- Email service provider for transactional and marketing emails. Your email address is shared with our email provider for delivery purposes only.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How we use your data
- To provide the Absolute Cluster service
- To process payments
- To send you results from the free tools if you provide your email
- To send product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe)
- To understand usage patterns and improve the product
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your keyword data, content plans, or briefs with other users.
Data retention
Your account data and project data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days after deletion.
Free tool usage data (email address and results) is retained for 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Your privacy rights depend on where you live. We comply with the privacy laws applicable to your jurisdiction. This may include the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Children
Absolute Cluster is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
