These terms govern your use of Absolute Cluster at absolutecluster.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Absolute Cluster is a keyword clustering and content planning tool. You provide keywords or a business description, and the service generates keyword clusters, content roadmaps, content briefs, and article drafts.

Accounts

You need an account to access paid features and the free signup tier. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person or organisation.

Free tier

The free tier includes 1 project with up to 1,000 keywords, clustering, roadmap, briefs, and 1 article draft generation. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

The free tools (keyword research, clustering, content briefs) are available without an account, subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tools at any time.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Your project data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted.

Your data and intellectual property

You own the data you put into Absolute Cluster. Your keywords, content plans, briefs, and article drafts belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.

We store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not share your project data with other users or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time using the export features in the application.

Our intellectual property

The Absolute Cluster service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate spam content or content intended to manipulate search engines through deceptive practices
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the clustering algorithms or underlying data
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the service
  • Use automated tools to circumvent rate limits on the free tools
  • Upload malicious files or content that violates the rights of others
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party services

Absolute Cluster relies on third-party services including Stripe, DataForSEO, and AI language model providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

AI-generated content

Content briefs and article drafts generated by Absolute Cluster are produced using AI language models. While we aim for high quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or information that is out of date. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will rank in search engines or produce any specific business outcome.

Limitation of liability

Absolute Cluster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
